What are some of the important factors that influence your experience of work?  What are some of the obligations workers have to their employers, and what are some of the obligations employers have to their workers? (15 mins)

The next major idea we need to take up is the issue of cultural references, what they are, and why they are important. In your writing, did you find anything like what I am calling a cultural reference? (15 mins)
